Please give a us a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee will be 25% if you cancel after that 24 hours. RoseLinx Permanent jewelry offers pop up events, vendor events & at home parties & in salon parties. Please email or call to confirm availability for any private parties or events in or out of the salon. We require $50 deposit nonrefundable payment at time of booking. All models need to fill out the waiver form located in your email after you book an appointment. Waiver needs to be filled out before services begin. All services are final + will not be refunded. They will fix something if you don’t love it but you must see them. If you choose to see a junior or senior stylist you are responsible for additional payment of the difference in price. What is Permanent Jewelry? Permanent Jewelry is a clasp-less, custom fit that is welded together. You can customize the chain by adding charms & connectors. Although it is permanent, you can cut it if need be. Please cut the jump ring and not the actual jewelry itself. If the jump ring comes un-welded, we will re-weld complimentary. If the actual jewelry itself breaks, you are responsible for the cost of a new one. We currently offer sterling silver, gold & rose gold filled & enamel. What is a Charm Bar? You choose your clasp jewelry (bracelet or necklace) then you pick as many charms as you want. You put it all into a tray then hand it to a RoseLinx employee & they will put it together for you. The jewelry itself will not tarnish but the charms can overtime. The best way to keep your charms from tarnishing is to take them off when sleeping, swimming & showering. Please keep any harsh chemicals away from the charms. If the weld breaks we offer a lifetime guarantee on the weld & it will be rewelded complimentary, if the chain breaks we are not responsible for replacing any lost or broken chains. What are tooth gems? Tooth gems are tiny, sparkly crystals or charms safely bonded to the surface of your tooth for a fun, temporary way to enhance your smile. They’re pain-free, damage-free, and completely customizable. Visit our NEW cowboy hat bar located upstairs. While we take every precaution to protect our guests during services, Western Rose Salon is not responsible for clothing, accessories, or personal items that may be damaged by hair color, lightener, or chemical products. We recommend wearing darker or older clothing to your appointment. All jewelry, hats, and services are final sale - products can be exchanged within 30 days of sale + can be switched out for another product.
